Driving Directions

Dining is always a relaxing event in our beautiful dining area where we provide full table service. Meals are delicious and nutritious and tailored to meet the needs of each individual resident of Poplar Creek. Upon move in, each resident will complete a questionnaire regarding their likes and dislikes of different foods. We cater to our resident's special diet needs and preferences.

Friends and families are always welcome and encouraged to visit and join us for meals.
